Back to School Season is always a fun and fabulous time at Shoebuy. But this year we’ll be sending one of our own back to school. Marketing intern Grace will be ditching her Shoebuy desk for her lavish college digs as she heads back to complete her final year of college. Luckily for her Big Green classmates, she’ll be taking her own trendy classic style seasoned with Shoebuy flare back with her this fall. Lucky for Shoebuy, she’s our first A walk in Our Shoes muse! This new blog series will highlight our very own Shoebuy employees’ sense of style, personal shoe picks, and insider tips so that readers like you can get to know the individuals behind the blogs, the e-mails, the web pages, the shoes, the selection, the everything! If you had to describe your personal style in one word or phrase what would it be? Why?
“Wow, this is tough, I’d say Trendy Romantic. I’m a firm believer accessories can make or break an outfit. I like mixing my romantic girly favorites with trendy accessories to take my look to the next level. But you can’t forget about those classic basics like a white v neck tee that you can wear all the time with anything.”
What are your shoe wardrobe staples?
” The fun flat, it adds an unexpected twist to any basic ensemble.”
“The metallic sandal, the kind you can wear all summer long with anything from jeans to sundresses.”
“The rain boot, this one’s not as glamorous as the rest but it’s definitely a must! It rains so much at school that I really need a go-to rain boot that’s practical so I don’t get stuck in mud puddles on my trek to class but that’s still fashionable enough that my classmates won’t wish I had!”
“The brown leather boot, this one is a little higher heeled than what I’d personally go for, but I picked it because its one of those classics that never goes out of style. ”

“My last pick would be little black booties. They’re a great alternative to the basic black pump and they definitely add excitement to skirts or dresses when worn with black or colored tights.”

Most people think we only carry the merchandise we have on our web page, but sometimes the selection is completely different on Shoebuy Events and you could definitely score some unexpected awesome deals there!
